Richard Pentin is the founder of Wise Words Consulting having formerly headed up the planning departments at LIDA (M & C Saatchi) and TMW Unlimited. With over 25 years in data driven marketing, he has advised some of the biggest brands in the world including Unilever, AXE, Dove, O2, Sony, Nissan Europe, Adidas, Lloyds and Barnardo's. He's passionate about leveraging data and tech capabilities to help brands deliver personalisation at scale.
